On Moving On.

Sometimes, life can play really cruel tricks on you. It’s not until the end that you realize the reason behind every challenge, opportunity, broken promises and shattered hearts.

I tried. We both did. But fate has other plans.

I wanted to delete all my posts of us but there’s just too many. I’ll end up deleting this blog altogether if I did. I decided to let it stick around since he has been a huge part of my life. There’s no point in regretting things that happened in the past. I am grateful. Thankful. Changed.

Fiancé is jelly coz I’ve been suffering from Linsanity! LOL! He says Jeremy Lin’s got nothing on Kobe Bryant. Whatevz. I say he’s just “Lintimidated”! =)) Frankly, I don’t find him cute or good-looking at all. But smart and athletic is a really winning combo don’t you think? I mean, Harvard and NBA. Wow. And FYI, I have never been a fan of NBA (or basketball for that matter), at least not until I saw Jeremy Lin play! The dude really thinks quick about every move he makes, banks it and scores! To add to that, he’s hella funny, religious and humble too. Definitely 3 more FTW combo.

Giving off a really emo-ish vibe.

I’ve been in a funk lately. But if you know all the crap that’s been going on in my life, you’d say I have a legit reason to be. I may look real composed and not problematic to some, but heck do I have to broadcast how shitty my life truly is right now to every person I come across? No. (Just people on Tumblr, lol.)

Days are mundane. Nights are sleepless. And all the fucking crappiness happen in between. My life is like a shit sandwich right now, you don’t even know.

The thing about pain is that it demands to be felt.

Sometimes, I just wish I was so numb that I wouldn’t care so much about shit you know? After all the crap the universe has been throwing my way lately, I still can manage to hope and stay positive. It’s actually pushing me to do things, and I mean really DO it. No more lame ass excuses, enough of that. I need change. I desire change. I need to stop saying NO to everything and start saying YES. I need to get my shit straight and live life the way I am supposed to live it. If opportunity can’t find me, I’ll go fucking look for it myself! Go out, be productive, get inspired. It is NEVER too late to be who you want to be.
